Our March granny square series continues with the Skully Granny Square, the second design in this month's pattern selection. After kicking things off with the floral charm of the Hexa Bloom Granny, it’s time to switch things up with a square that has a little more attitude.
Here we go a skein fresh off the hook
The Skully Granny features a bold skull motif right in the center of the square. It’s a fun and slightly edgy take on the classic granny square, perfect for anyone who likes their crochet projects to have a bit of personality. The simple skull design stands out beautifully against the square background, making it a real statement piece.
This square works especially well with high-contrast colors. A light skull on a dark background really makes the design pop, but it also looks great with playful color combinations if you want a more whimsical look.
This block is for my younger sister, who loves skulls!
Have a hooky day! Lynne
