Post Double Crochet (FPdc): Yo, insert your hook from front to back to front
around the post of the next stitch, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 of
the loops on the hook, yo, pull through remaining 2 loops on your hook.
Back Post
Double Crochet (BPdc): Yo, insert your hook from the back of the stitch to the
front of the stitch around the post of the stitch, to the back of the stitch; yo
and pull up a loop, yo and pull through 2 of the loops on the hook, yo, pull
through the remaining 2 loops on hook.
Notes: Ch-3 does not count as a stitch
