Materials: US Size G/7 (4.5mm) crochet hook, yarn needle, scissors,
Difficulty: Beginner
Size: 6 1/2" (16.5 cm) wide by 68 inches (173 cm) long
Gauge: 12 - 17 sts Over 10 cm (4") Using US 7 To I-9 (4.5mm - 5.5mm) Hook.
Stitch Guide: ch(s) - chain(s), hdc - half double crochet,
Instructions:
Chain 33
Row 1 (RS): hdc in the 3rd chain from hook, hdc in each of the next 2 chs, ch 2, *skip 2 chs, hdc in the next 3 chs, ch 2; repeat from * across to the last 3 chs, skip 2 chs, hdc in the last ch, ch 2, turn. (6 ch-2 spaces + 19 hdc + 1 ch-2)
Row 2: 3 hdc in the first ch-2 sp, ch 2, *3 hdc in the next ch-2 sp, ch 2; Repeat from * across, hdc in the 2nd ch of beginning ch-2, ch 2 turn. (6 ch-2 spaces + 19 hdc + 1 ch-2)
Row 3: 3 hdc in the first ch-2 sp, ch 2, *3 hdc in the next ch-2 sp, ch 2; Repeat from * across, hdc in the 2nd ch of beginning ch-2. (6 ch-2 spaces + 19 hdc + 1 ch-2)
Repeat row three until the scarf reaches the desired length (to reach the length specified, 160 rows were completed).
Fasten off .
Weave in ends and Block.
