Materials: US Size G/6 (4.0 mm), 7 (4.5 mm), and H/8 (5mm) crochet hook *see notes below, yarn needle, scissors, and measuring tape
Difficulty: Easy
Size: 96” long by 4” wide
Gauge: 16 sc and 16 rows = 4”
Stitch Guide: Ch(s) - chain(s), sc - single crochet, dc - double crochet, ss - slip stitch, RS - right side, st(s)– stitch(s), Yo – Yarn over
Special Stitches: Reverse Single Crochet (rsc)-With the right side of the project facing you, join yarn with a sc, now working from left to right, *insert hook in the previous stitch (next stitch to the right), yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through the two loops on the hook; Repeat from * to around the scarf and join to first reverse sc, fasten off and weave in ends.
Notes: The pattern was written without color changes, so that the color choices are completely up to you. The ch-1 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch. H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook is used for the beginning chain and row1
*Since I used different types of scrap yarn, I used a 4.0 mm hook for the thicker yarn and a 4.5 mm hook for the thinner yarn. If you are using the same weight of yarn, use the same size crochet hook.
