Yarn Darn Good Yarn-Ocean Kit-Dk yarn, 150 g (3 skeins) light blue, 150 g (3 skeins) medium blue, 150 g (3 skeins) dark blue, 175 g (3 ½ skeins) of sand.

Special Stitches
Dc2tog-Yo, insert hook in next st, yo and draw up a loop, yo and draw through 2 loops] twice, yo and draw through all 3 loops on hook.
Notes
The ch-3 at the beginning of each row counts as a stitch Color changes were done every 4 rows.
Instructions With H-5/ 5mm crochet hook Ch 172
Row 1: Switch to the G-4/ 4.5mm crochet hook and dc into fourth ch from hook, *work 1 dc into each of next 3 chs, (dc2tog over next two chs) twice, work 1 dc into each of next 3 chs, (work 2 dc into next ch) twice; repeat from * across. Your last stitch will be an increase.
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, dc into first st, * 1 dc into each of next 3 sts, (dc2tog over next 2 sts) twice, work 1 dc into each of next 3 sts, (work 2 dc into next st) twice; repeat from * across. Make sure your final stitch is an increase in the turning ch-3 of the previous row.
Repeat Row 2 until you reach the desired length. Fasten off and weave in ends
