Notes:
Ch-3 counts as a double crochet (dc) stitch
Instructions:
With I/9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook chain 26
Row 1: Switch to H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook, 2 dc
(V st) in the 4th ch from hook, *sk next ch, 2 dc in the next ch;
rep from * to the last 2 chs, sk 1 ch, dc in the last ch, ch 3, turn. (24 dc or
11 V sts and 2 dc)
Row 2: * sk 2 sts, 2 dc in the center of the V
st from previous round (between the 2 dc); rep from * across to the last 2 sts,
sk 1 st, dc in the top of beg ch-3, turn. (24 dc or 11 V sts and 2 dc)
Repeat row 2 until the scarf reaches the desired
length.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
