Size: Adult- 8 ¼” (21 cm) around by 6” (15.25 cm) long.              Childs -6” (15.25 cm) around by 5” (12.7 cm) long

Gauge: 14 hdc and 14 rows = 4”

Stitch GuideCh(s) - chain(s), sc-single crochet, hdc-half double crochet, RS-right side, st(s)–stitch(s), Yo– Yarn over

Special Stitches: Picot: Ch 2, insert hook back into the center base of the stitch, Yo, pull through all the loops on the hook.

Notes: The ch-1 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch. H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook is used for the beginning chain and Rnd 1 only. To increase the size of the gloves, increase the number of chains by 5 (5 ch = about an inch depending on how tight you crochet). To make the gloves longer increase the number of rows. The chains for the finger hole may need to be increased depending on the size of the hand. It is a good idea to measure the gloves on your hands as you crochet.
