Autumn Flower Mandala

Autumn Mandala Month continues, the mandala pattern for this week is a celebration of autumn’s cozy charm with a blooming flower in the center, surrounded by layers of color that resemble the changing leaves and golden sunlight of fall.

When designing the Autumn Flower Mandala, I wanted to capture the balance between the end of summer flowers and the richness of autumn. The center flower represents warmth and comfort, while the outer layers build texture and depth, much like the way autumn layers the world in color.

Here we go a skein fresh off the hook:

The Autumn Flower Mandala was designed with beginners and busy crocheters in mind, it works up quickly using basic crochet stitches like chain (ch), double crochet (dc), half double crochet (hdc) and single crochet (sc) stitches and a few spike single crochet stitches.

Whether used as a table centerpiece, framed as wall art, or part of a larger seasonal collection, the Autumn Flower Mandala radiates cozy elegance and handmade charm. It’s a lovely reminder that beauty continues to blossom even as the seasons change.

Stay tuned for next week’s mandala, the last in the Autumn Mandala collection.

Have a hooky day! Lynne
