V-Stitch Scarf

It's mid November, so that means about five weeks until Christmas and time to get those handmade gifts underway! Our next quick and easy gift is a crocheted scarf. Crochet scarves are one of those handmade gifts that are beautiful and practical at the same time. They can be made in all different crochet stitches and colors of yarn. One of my favorite things about crochet scarves is that they are fun to make and can usually be finished in a day or less! Grab your hooks and yarn and lets create some special and meaningful gifts.

Here we go a skein, fresh off the hook:

                                       The V-Stitch Scarf

This beautiful green scarf was made with Madeline Tosh-Tosh DK yarn, 100% superwash merino wool, the color is: Cardigan. Two skeins of yarn were used to make this 7½” (19.05 cm) x 70” (177.8 cm) scarf, so there is plenty of soft coziness to keep you warm.

Our V-Stitch scarf is done with basic crochet stitches and a one row repeat pattern, making it great for crocheters of all skill levels. The one row repeat pattern creates a reversible a scarf with a delightful woven texture. This scarf would also look great with fringe!

I keep this pattern at the top of my quick gift list!

Have a hooky day! Lynne
